Adam Williams

Adam Williams is the managing partner of Farrar & Williams, PLLC. Adam has practiced law for over 20 years and has developed experience in many areas of law. His practice focuses on elder law with an emphasis on nursing home planning, VA benefit planning, probate, guardianship, trusts, and estate planning. Adam is a frequent lecturer at continuing education seminars on elder law topics.

Adam is a native of Hot Springs and graduated from Lake Hamilton High School.  He graduated from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville and obtained his law degree from the University of Arkansas in Little Rock where he was an associate editor of the “UALR Law Journal.” Adam also writes a monthly article in the “Senior Scene” edition to the Sentinel Record on various legal topics.

Adam is active in the community, currently serving on the Boards for First Step, Inc. and the First Step Foundation. He is also a graduate of Leadership Hot Springs and a member of Lake Valley Community Church. Adam is married to Kim Williams and they have three children: Kaitlyn, Keaton and Kaden.

Tiffany Tucker

Tiffany Tucker graduated from Ouachita Baptist University magna cum laude in 2009 with a double major in political science and mass communcations. She obtained her law degree from UALR William H. Bowen School of Law in 2012. She is a member of the Garland County Bar Association, the Arkansas Bar Association, and is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.


Tiffany has practiced in all areas of trusts and estate planning, probate, trust and estate administration, and guardianships for the past decade. She currently serves on the Board of Directors at the Greater Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce and Fifty for the Future. She has previously served as President of Hot Springs National Park Rotary Club and chairman of the Board at Mid America Science Museum, and is a former director of the Oaklawn Foundation. She is a 2024 graduate of the Arkansas Bar Association Public Service Academy, a graduate of Leadership Hot Springs and a Paul Harris Fellow.


In 2021, Arkansas Money and Politics named Tiffany as one of their Legal Elites and in 2023 and 2024 she was named one of the Future Fifty for the publication. Tiffany was named as the 2016 Rising Star by the Greater Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce. She lives in Hot Springs with her husband, Clint and their son, where they enjoy traveling and spending time on Lake Hamilton.

Clay Farrar

Clay Farrar is a native of Hot Springs and attended Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee, where he graduated with distinction. He obtained his law degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas in 1975.

Clay has been active in numerous civic affairs, including service as director of Bear State Bank, past chairman of St. Joseph’s Mercy Health Foundation, and past president of Hot Springs National Rotary Club and Greater Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce.

Clay Farrar retired in January, 2015 after a 40 year professional career as an estate planning attorney. Clay is very proud of the younger attorneys in the firm, Adam Williams and Tiffany Tucker. Clay explained, “It is very important to me that my clients have excellent legal services. I can with great confidence recommend both Adam Williams and Tiffany Tucker. I know they will provide outstanding estate planning services to the clients of our firm.”

Wesley Harris

Wesley Harris graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2015 and earned his law degree from UALR William H. Bowen School of Law in 2019, where he was a member of the Business Innovations Legal Clinic. Wesley practices in all areas of estate planning, probate, business formation and transactions, and real property matters. Wesley is member of the Arkansas Bar Association.

Wesley is a native of Hot Springs and graduated from Lakeside High School. During his free time, Wesley enjoys playing golf and guitar, enjoying live music, and traveling with his wife, Alexandrea.

Ryan Villano

Ryan Villano is a dedicated legal professional with a strong academic background and a diverse practice. A proud graduate of Lakeside High School’s 2017 class, he pursued higher education at the University of Central Arkansas, where he earned his degree cum laude double majoring in Marketing and Management. Ryan later earned his Juris Doctor from the William H. Bowen School of Law, where he actively participated in the Delta Divorce Clinic.


His legal practice is centered on several important areas, including Medicaid and Nursing Home Planning, Estate Planning, Probate Law, Guardianships, Business Formation, and Real Estate Law. Ryan is committed to helping his clients navigate complex legal matters with care and expertise.



Outside of his professional life, Ryan enjoys exploring the beauty of Arkansas, especially its state parks. He is grateful for his supportive family, who enrich his life both personally and professionally.
